Released Version 2.0 of Cuboids ('Cuboids II').

New features:
- Background may now be either any color or any BMP-File
- Motion along z-axis can now be inversed (moving away from viewer)
- Depth of cuboids can be changed (depth = width * factor)
- Additional Presets

Note:
Due to major changes within options data, this version is not compatible with its predecessor and therefore shall not replace prior version of Cuboids (if you have allready used Cuboids, do not delete or rename burger20.vfx/ fx-burger20.prm).
